Home Made Gin & Tonic Ice Lollies

Eeek it’s already the beginning of August (where on earth has this year gone?). So for a super quick and summery post, I thought that you guys would like to see some of my home made Gin and Tonic ice lollies! Now you don’t have to put any Gin in there as you could easily just make them with lemonade, but as a gin lover, having one on a scorching hot August day would be just perfect (and apparently we are meant to be getting a heatwave in August here in the UK). All you need is some Gin (optional), tonic water (or lemonade), some ice lolly moulds, lemons and limes. It is best to place the sliced lemon and limes in first and for a better tasting effect, squeeze in some lemon and lime juice. It will take a few hours for the ice lollies to fully set in the freezer (around 5 hours).

Bon appetit! Just to let you know that this weeks YouTube video will be going up this Wednesday so keep an eye out for that.

What ice lollies have you been making this Summer?
Much Love
